Before beginning psychotherapy, most clients wonder: "Will this therapy help me with my problems?" There are several factors that play a role in answering that, but one of the most important parts of therapeutic success is the quality of the relationship between the therapist and client which is referred to as therapeutic alliance. I take pride in connecting with all my clients. I am intentional in providing a safe space that is unbiased, judgment free and welcoming.

So whether you are struggling with feelings of anxiety related to any life stressor, low self-esteem, feeling stuck, family struggles, relationship issues with a partner, friend or family, experiencing chronic illness, school/ career issues, life transitions or a combination of these; I can help you make sense of the chaos.
